IRONHELM Trainer Bundle

The IRONHELM Trainer Bundle is the complete IRONHELM setup in one box: the IRONHELM Long Bar 54", all three maces (IRONHELM Short Mace, IRONHELM Mace 32" and IRONHELM Mace 42"), and the IRONHELM Pulley System.

It's built for coaches, trainers and teams who work with athletes of every age, size and sport. With every length on hand, you can scale offset-load training from a youth athlete learning mechanics to an adult athlete building shoulder strength, all in one session.

How the Pulley System works

The bundle includes one IRONHELM Pulley System, shared by all three maces. Swap maces on the cable in seconds.

1. Anchor the pulley overhead with the anchor strap.
2. Run the cable over the pulley. Clip one end to your mace and the other to the loading pin with the locking carabiners.
3. Load plates on the pin and train. The ball stop keeps the cable from running through the pulley.
